Cancellation policy
Cancellations of bookings need to be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to prevent any charges in the low season. In the high season you are obligated to cancel a booking 15 days prior to your arrival. If the cancellation is made after this deadline, the price of the first night will be charged, plus 15% National Sales Tax.

Moreover, if you do not show up at the hotel, the price of the first night will be charged, plus 15% National Sales Tax. This amount will be charged from the credit card information that you have provided us with. By payment with credit card, 7% additional costs will be charged.

Your are obligated to cancel a booking 48 hours in the low season or 15 days in the high season prior to your arrival to prevent any charges. Please contact us for cancelling your booking.

General policy

• All prices do not include taxes and additional costs
• It is not allowed to change the names of persons once the reservation is completed
  

General hotel policy

• Check-out time is at 11.00 AM
  
• If your check-out time is later than 11.00 AM an additional overnight stay will be charged
  
• At the moment that you check-out you are obligated to pay all the costs
  
• No refunds for unused room nights, including situations of check-in after the date of arrival or check-out before the departure date
  
• It is not allowed to smoke inside the hotel room

• Jacuzzi: only for hotel guests of hotel El Club. The jacuzzi can be used every day till 11.00 PM.
