We proudly present our beach project "El Club del Mar"

The Resort, Spa & Health Club "El Club del Mar" is located on a hilltop and offers a stunning panoramic 360 degree view.This view includes the most beautiful bay of Nicaragua "Bahia las Salinas" and the white sandy beaches of "Playa Manzanillo", the best and safest place for watersports and scuba-diving in the open ocean. On the other side of the bay appears the mountains and volcanoes of Costa Rica.

On the west side we look straight into the Pacific Ocean, territory of dolphins, whales, sea turtles, marlins, etcetera. A great destination for sportsfishing.

The north part of the property has a great view over the cliffs and the jungle. The latter is a nature reserve which will stay untouched. It is home to many species of monkeys and exotic birds as well as a large variety of fauna.

Phases

The development is split up in three consecutive phases. (Phase A, B and C). In the centre of the property will be the Club-House with eight Suites and one Penthouse Suite, Infinity pool, Costa pool, Jacuzzi, Massage studio, Gym, Restaurant, Reception, all other service areas and tropical gardens; which will be accessible to all residents.

Phase A
Phase A represents an area divided in sixteen lots for building your private villa.

Description of Floor Plans:
Lounge area, Dining room, Kitchen, Patio, two Suites with bathroom, Master bedroom with bathroom on the first or second floor (depends on the type of villa) and Laundry room / Owners closet.

All the villas are completed with an awesome private swimming pool.

A stuning property is divided into sixteen lots from 500 up to more than 2000 square meters to create your own private paradise.

The price of the lots (retaining walls, water and electricity supply included) starts at US$35,000 and goes up to US$95,000. You can build your custom home or choose one of our three designs for US$215,000 with private infinity pool and tropical landscaping.

The construction is garanteed to be finished within 12 months, including your private swimming pool and tropical landscaping. All the villas will be constructed with the best construction materials and will coexist beautifully in this natural setting.

Phase B
